EasyPeasyPAT sets out to fill a gap in the market: What do you do, if you need or want PAT testing for only a few items? You can either pay best part of £100 or so, or…….. Actually, there is no “or”, which is where I come in.

Why would you even want PAT testing? Well, I spent an age trying to find a service to help a local sewing group whose group insurance required them to have their sewing machines PAT tested (yes I know that “PAT Test” is tautology like a “PIN number” but it’s an easier phrase for most people to understand), and ultimately failed. Existing companies either wanted to charge too much, weren’t prepared to attend when needed, just didn’t work. There are other reasons you might want PAT for your appliances, maybe you are a tradesman and you’d like to demonstrate your secure approach, maybe you just want to know the equipment you are using is safe. To answer this call, EasyPeasy PAT was born.

I have the experience, qualifications and calibrated equipment needed to undertake the testing and provide you with certification, I’m fully insured. I am happy to test a single item at a flat rate (£5 per item). Depending on volume or distance I will come to you, or you can come to me. Pay me any old how – cash, bank transfer, card payment – whatever works for you.
